How To Redeem Awards
Check Your Total Points
Ensure that you have sufficient points for the reward that you wish to claim. If you are logged in, your Points Available are displayed at the top of this page, or you can refer to the “My Account” section for your latest transactions. Or phone our Breeder Specialist, Lee Johnson on 0800 PRO CLUB, or email proclubqueries@nz.nestle.com
Select the reward you want from the Reward Levels on the Our Rewards section of the website www.proclub.co.nz, always check if new rewards are available. If you are logged in you can request the reward via the website. Alternatively carefully supply all the required information on the Rewards Claim Form or email us your request. (You will find forms available to download online via the "My Account" section of the website)
Submit the Rewards Claim Form
The completed Rewards Claim Form can be faxed to us on (09) 588 5273 or mailed to us at PURINA ProClub, PO Box 109078, Newmarket, Auckland. Or your request should be forwarded to us via email to proclubqueries@nz.nestle.com or use the Contact Us form.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your reward. If you have any queries regarding the status of a reward claim please contact our Breeder Specialist, Lee Johnson on 0800 PRO CLUB (0800 776 2582).
Points earned in one year will expire December 31 of the following year.
